The market is flooded. More entrepreneurs are coming. And the ones who will stand out aren't the ones who perfected somebody else's model. They're the ones who had the courage to be exactly who God made them to be.
We just talked about what it really means to stand out in a flooded market (See episode 183), and today we're taking everything we uncovered straight to the Lord. Because knowing your differentiators is one thing. Having the courage to actually walk in them is another.
This is your Monday prayer. We're bringing the fear, the resistance, the places where you've been hiding parts of yourself because you weren't sure they were enough. We're laying it all down and asking God to do what only He can do.
If last week's episode stirred something in you, this one is the next right step. Come pray with us.
New episodes every Monday and Thursday. And if this blessed you, share it with a friend who needs to hear it.

It's Monday, and on Mondays we pray.
If you caught last week's episode on money, bring that conversation into this one. We're bringing our finances to the Lord and asking for the one thing that changes everything in this area: wisdom.
James says if any of us lacks wisdom, ask, and God will give it generously without finding fault. Friend, that promise is for you and your bank account too.
If this money conversation has been stirring something in you, I also want to make sure you know about my book, The Money Mandate. It goes deeper into everything we've been unpacking and I genuinely believe it could shift the way you see and handle money for good. Grab it in the link below.
Now come pray with me.
What we're praying over today:
Wisdom in how we assign and steward our finances
For income to come and flow into our hands
Clarity on how we are spending our money
Faith to trust God with all of it

Have you ever looked at your bank account and thought, "wait, I know I made more than this"? Friend, I have been there. And for a long time, I thought the answer was just to make more money. Turns out, that was not the problem.
In this episode, I'm getting honest about something most of us don't want to admit: unassigned money disappears. Not because we're irresponsible, but because money without a job becomes emotionally charged, and emotionally charged money gets spent on whatever feeling shows up first.
I'm sharing a personal story in this one that honestly made me laugh at myself, because I found out the hard way what happens when you let impulse do the budgeting for you. (Let's just say a mobile game was involved and leave it at that for now.)
If you've ever felt like your income and your bank account are telling two very different stories, this episode is for you. We're talking about what it actually looks like to assign your money with intention before the impulse gets there first.

In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I, Rachel Wortman, conclude our four-week series on spiritual intelligence for your business. Today, we dive deep into the concept of building a business with an eternal perspective. I emphasize the importance of living our lives as Christians with an understanding that some things we do will last for eternity, while others will not.
I share three key strategies for integrating this eternal mindset into your business practices. First, I discuss the significance of making disciples through your work. It's not about turning every client into a prayer buddy, but rather about being aware of our ability to influence and transform people positively. I highlight the importance of prioritizing personal development and spiritual growth over mere profit.

In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I continue our enlightening series on spiritual intelligence in business, diving deep into the importance of prioritizing a spiritual lens over a purely strategic one when approaching our business challenges. I share my conviction that if God is in our endeavors, they will succeed, but if He is not, they will falter.
I reflect on the common experience many of us have when we make heartfelt prayers during worship, promising to follow God's lead, only to forget those commitments when faced with challenges. I emphasize the significance of being mindful of our prayers, as they can have lasting implications in our lives.

In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I, Rachel Wortman, continue our month-long series on spiritual intelligence in business. We delve into the concept of viewing our business practices through a spiritual lens, emphasizing the importance of spiritual intelligence alongside other forms of intelligence such as financial, relational, and emotional intelligence.
I begin by defining spiritual intelligence as being anchored in the Word of God, which involves memorizing scripture and having personal experiences with God that align with biblical teachings. I stress that while experiences with God are valuable, they should never supersede the truth found in scripture. Understanding how God's world operates is crucial for making decisions that align with His will.
