Join in this powerful prayer specially crafted for the women in your life!
This prayer is a continuation of a powerful episode we shared on Thursday. The enemy consistently works to put women down, and it is our job to make sure we are lifting them up. That includes lifting ourselves up at times, too.
Send this prayer to a woman in your life that needs to hear it.

In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I dive deep into the unique and powerful identity of women of God, addressing the challenges and societal pressures that often seek to diminish our brilliance and calling.
Titled "God's Favorite Girls," this episode is inspired by a conversation I had with a young woman who shared a shocking experience with a man who expressed admiration for her gifts while simultaneously wishing to suppress them. This encounter illuminated the enemy's plan to make women feel small and inadequate, a narrative that many of us have internalized.
Throughout the episode, I reflect on my own experiences as a young woman navigating ambition and dreams in a world that often expects us to conform to a more traditional, domestic role. I emphasize that being a woman of God does not mean we have to fit a specific mold; rather, we are called to embrace our unique gifts and aspirations.
I challenge the notion that women should shrink themselves to fit societal expectations, encouraging listeners to recognize their worth and the divine purpose behind their ambitions.

We've all found ourselves leaving a conversation and suddenly realizing the other person did not have any interest in us at all. I've thought at times, "What am I even doing here? This person just wants to hear themselves talk."
You may be tanking your sales and not even knowing by having sub-par listening skills.
In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I dive deep into what I believe to be the true X factor in sales: effective listening skills. Over my 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I've noticed a significant gap in discussions around sales techniques—specifically, the importance of listening. While many focus on charisma, appearance, or how to handle objections, I argue that the ability to listen actively is what truly sets successful salespeople apart.
I'm covering 4 keys to great listening skills that will not only help you build good relationships, but help you win the sale.

Let's be honest, most of us are uncomfortable with the idea of desire. It feels dirty, like a secret we shouldn't talk about, but it doesn't have to. Desire is a doorway to the heart of God when we steward it God's way.
In this episode, I'm exploring desire, and what we should be doing with it. We will look at when desire becomes dangerous and problematic, but also when it leads to true delight.

This one is for you if you listened to this week's episode (#193) and felt something shift, or if you're still sitting with the question.
If you're confused about your calling, frustrated that things aren't working the way you hoped, or quietly wondering whether God actually asked you to do this, this prayer is for you.
We're bringing all of it to the Lord. The confusion, the disappointment, the skill gaps, the hollow feeling, and the fear that walking away might mean you failed. We're asking for confirmation where the calling is real and courage where it isn't. And we're trusting that even if we don't get the full picture today, we'll get the next step.
As Psalm 119 reminds us, his word is a lamp to our feet. Not a floodlight for the whole road. Just enough light for the next step.
That's what we're praying for today.

You know those moments where you hit a wall and you blurt out in exasperation, "I don't think I can do this. I'm not even sure God wants me to!"
That question is more common than you think, and today we're going deep on it. I'm breaking down the difference between a skill gap and a calling gap, because those two things feel similar on the surface but they are not the same. One means you need to learn something. The other means you might need to have an honest conversation with God about your assignment.
We also talk about why struggle is not automatically a sign that you're in the wrong place, why some people are genuinely not built for entrepreneurship (and why that is not a failure), and how to tell the difference between a season that's hard and a season that's hollow.
I share some personal stories in this one, including a dinner conversation that stopped me in my tracks and a season of my own life where I had to lay something down that I really thought was from the Lord.
My goal for you in this episode is clarity. By the time you finish listening, you should have a stronger sense of whether your frustration is hiding a skill problem or a calling problem.
And to help you go even deeper on that, I put together a free audit for you. It walks you through the key areas of your business so you can pinpoint exactly where your gaps are and what to do about them.
