Unleash your spiritual gifts PART ONE: Using your spiritual gifts to grow your business

In this episode of Wisdom's Table, I am thrilled to kick off a month-long series dedicated to exploring spiritual gifts and their application in our businesses. As we dive into July, my heart is to help you bridge the gap between your spiritual life and your business life, encouraging you to see how these two realms can beautifully intersect.

We begin with an overview of spiritual gifts, emphasizing that they are not just for the ultra-spiritual but are accessible to everyone. I encourage you to discover and grow in your gifts, using them to transform lives, including those in your business. I reference key biblical passages—1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12, and Ephesians 4—that outline various spiritual gifts, from words of wisdom and knowledge to leadership roles within the church.

Throughout the episode, I lay down some foundational principles about spiritual gifts. First, we don’t typically choose our gifts, but we can pursue them. I share my personal journey of desiring every spiritual gift and how I’ve seen them manifest in my life. It’s crucial to understand that these gifts are distinct from our natural talents; they are empowered by the Holy Spirit and meant for the good of others, not just for our own gain.
